(01) You get a production which is 100% pure digital footage.. filmed digitally, edited digitally and mastered direct to DVD. We give you THE best quality video you will find anywhere AND we give YOU FOUR stunning MASTERS on DVD! Browse the site for examples from many recent and archived weddings... are they not the most delightful productions? (02) You get FOUR DVD MASTERS on PROFESSIONAL grade media, presentation boxed. The DVD's are YOUR digital master.. which gives YOU the source disc for future copies if you don't want us to make them. The DVD's are NOT encrypted so you can copy them just like you copy a CD (with a PC based DVD writer) Your FOUR DVD's are standard with this unique package. Many companies charge (quite a lot!) for copies... we don't as we think this is unfair and unhelpful. If you want the odd extra copy ask and we will do this FREE. This year we have made major changes towards extensive HQ VIDEO content. We are the first Wedding Video website to do this. With this technology you, your family and all your friends can watch FREE VIDEO highlights of your wedding anywhere in the world within 24 hours of the event. We will be using HD DVD technology with our existing high definition digital cameras. ALL our weddings are archived on Digital Video HQ masters so that we can make full use of this technology when the format is finally agreed and HD DVD players become more generally available. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following conditions and statements may seem rather "stern" and formal but it is important to us that everyone is treated fairly. We get many enquiries. We are proud to say that our work receives a lot of respect and we care. We require a 10% deposit to secure your booking. We send you written confirmation when we receive your deposit. The balance payment is due at the very latest in the week PRIOR to the wedding date. Subsequent cancellation of your date loses your deposit. We keep your date and refuse other bookings so if you cancel, the deposit is recompense for lost revenue... we may have refused other enquirers. We reserve the right to refuse bookings without explaination. If there are problems arising from your initial enquiry or subsequent booking, we retain the right to terminate the initial contract to protect other clients. If your booking deposit is not sent to us within ONE WEEK we will not accept the date even if it is subsequently re-booked, unless there is a very good reason for the delay. Additional costs may be charged for distance work involving multiple journeys (because we attend ALL rehearsals). This will be discussed at the time of booking. We are very careful to make sure that the best possible angles are used to record your ceremony but as professionals we are required to comply with the rules of the church and the wishes of its clergy. Allow up to 16 weeks for your wedding video to be produced, edited and mastered. Your package will be sent to you by special delivery (fully registered and insured) the instant it is ready. Our average turn-around is 7 weeks. If ANY alterations are needed to the final finished production, the work will be charged at the pro-rata rate. If there are any ERRORS in the production eg spelling mistakes, poor edits (we have made only one in 200 weddings) then it is our responsibility and there is no charge. As Producers, we reserve the artistic right to use your music choices in the best way appropriate for the associated video sequences and we will use a minimum of THREE tracks, chosen by us, from your selection. All this is discussed when we plan with you, the finished product. We NEVER get complaints (!) but if we did they are referred to a Professional Association for arbitration. Our QUALITY has never been matched so this is not an issue. Our DVD's are supplied on DVD+R and DVD-R format (finalised as DVD-VIDEO to meet international standards). Please make sure your DVD player is compatible. We have just invested nearly £3000 on state of the art technology and we will continue to supply the very best quality available on this basis. We are renowned for the quality of our products. Extra copies are available... and are often requested. Please channel your enquiries via the Bride and Groom.
